Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, holidays, promotions, or other high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bachbaddie.com. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bachbaddie.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged package and product so we can assist you.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
